Testing is offered at two locations in Dubai: New Horizons in Bur Dubai and Society of Engineers in Deira.
New Horizons Learning Center in Bur Dubai

Test Center Directions: On Bank Street (Khalid Bin Waleed Street), the first building on the right side after new train roundabout directly coming from Al-Maktom Bridge, opposite Burjuman Centre. Near Burjuman Metro Station.

Beside Automobile & Touring Club or opposite Mamzar Bowling Center
Test Center Directions: If you are coming from Sheikh Zayed Road, take Garhoud Bridge towards Sharjah and when you reach Al Mulla Plaza signal you have to turn left (towards Al Mamzar or Al Wuheida). From there, go 1st signal, right (You will see Dubai Islamic Bank on your right side before the first signal.). On that street, you will see Aluminium & Glass-Rounded Building on your left side – that is SOE.
If you are coming from Sharjah, take Dubai-Sharjah Road towards Al Mulla Plaza. When you reach Al Mulla Plaza Signal, you have to turn right (towards Al Mamzar or Al Wuheida). From there, go 1st signal, right (You will see Dubai Islamic Bank at your Right Side before the first signal.). On that Street you will see Aluminium & Glass-Rounded Building on your Left side – that is SOE.
Be sure to book your test in advance because spots can fill quickly. You'll get an unofficial score as soon as you complete the test, but you'll have to wait one month to take it again.
